Customer Assistance Request:
During dry weather conditions, if you notice water standing in a ditch or other normally dry area, please contact the Utility District Office (601.268.2248 or [email protected]). These wet areas could be the result of a water or wastewater leak.
If you notice discoloration or a chlorine smell in your drinking water, please notify the Utility District Office. These conditions are normally the result of the scheduled water system purges. Identifying these conditions helps the Utility District identify any irregularities associated with the scheduled purging process.
Reminder:
There will be a Public Meeting regarding the Big Creek-Bouie River Watershed Plan at the Rawls Springs Community Center on Tuesday, August 13th, at 6:00 pm.
