10/21/24 Weekly Post

Drought conditions lead to soil settling and shifting. This movement can cause water and sewer pipes to bend, crack, or become disjointed.  Unfortunately, this will stress water and sewer pipes.  It will increase the likelihood of leaks and breaks.  Foul odors, wet or soggy ground, unusual plant growth, slow drains, high water and sewer bills, cracks in your foundation or walls, low water pressure, and the sound of running water or a humming noise coming from the pipes are all signs that indicate a water or sewer leak in your yard.
